Rebecca's already halfway through her sandwich and about to take a sip of her iced tea when she spots Molly, brightening immediately. She's heard that Molly's been going through the adoptive process in recent days but intends to keep that fact to herself. Attorney-client privilege and all that, and she's sadly not Molly's attorney.

But she is her friend – she thinks – and that's something Rebecca's sorely needed of late. She's still not used to the absence of Paula and Darryl, Valencia and Heather – and obviously never Josh or Greg. It's taken a while, but she's slowly starting to socialize in Darrow and it makes her messy work life much more bearable. "So good, right?" she says, reaching to wipe her face just in case. "Basically the only place I have breakfast or lunch or... brunch these days."
