"I had to clear my calendar, but I think it was worth it," Lee replies, glad for some levity now. The truth is, he's had frak all to do lately besides school and work, and even though he's still a little lost on the holiday, he's more than happy to have come along. He thinks that he probably would have made time to come even if school and work weren't winding down for the month, he would have made time for it, though.

Having finished the last of his drink, he's left awkwardly holding his glass, wondering if it's worth it to get another with the party winding down around them.

"Can I get you another drink?" he asks, trying to gauge how much longer she wants to stick around.
