"Yeah, well you don't have to worry about it," Lee replies, and he hears the change in her voice, and though Molly doesn't seem completely like herself just yet, he feels like maybe she's on the way there now. He knows how hard it must have been for her to tell him all that, even with as long as it feels like they've been... well, whatever the frak they are. So he's not about to make light of it.
