Standing outside the store, it's hard for Molly not to hold her breath, and not just because the air is heavy with falling ash. Night is coming on quickly, and she knows what's coming, in a general sort of sense if not a specific one. Even armed, she won't want to be out when everything else starts coming out, too, both because of what she's seen before herself and what she's heard since. The sooner they can get inside, the better off they'll be, not least because she's so shaken and trying so hard not to let herself give in to it yet. She can't fall apart when they're in so much danger. At least in the church, they'll be a little safer.

At the sound of Kara's voice, she turns, catching the bag when it's dropped, braced for the weight of it so she doesn't let it fall, though her shoulders rock forward once it's in her arms. It's more than she was expecting them to be leaving with, but that's probably a good thing. Better to be over-prepared than under, to have a way of defending themselves that won't run out within the hour, and that she won't be entirely at a loss for what to do with.

She swallows hard before she answers, nodding as she does, but it's a gesture with no uncertainty behind it. "Yeah, plenty of times," she says, and she's almost relieved to be doing so. "I'm not nearly half as good as you or Lee would be, but I'm an okay shot."
