It's not something she can let herself think about, not really. Molly is aware, of course, of the copies of Lee and the dangers they pose, her gun still in her hand in case they wind up in more trouble between here and the church, but it's a distant sort of recognition, nothing she can allow herself to think too hard about. Later, she'll have a chance to let it sink in, something that she knows is inevitable, even if she's not exactly looking forward to it, but they have to actually make it to their destination first, and that isn't going to happen if she just starts freaking out about the corpses of her boyfriend that she's seen, or the fact that these copies pose a direct threat to them.
Hell, for all she knows, this Lee is one of them, too. They're not far from the church, though, and as she said before, they'll deal with that when they come to it.
"The church isn't far," she says, by way of response to what Kara has said, heading in its direction and trusting that the others will, too. Once they get inside, whatever is out here won't matter, and that's the goal. She didn't make it this far to be stopped this close to their destination. "Just at the end of this block. We can make it."
